Info and Terms of Service regarding my art!

Breaking the ToS will result in being blacklisted from commissioning or buying adopts from me again.

You may NOT use my art for AI generation/scraping, remove watermarks/claim art as yours, commission hate art/propaganda, or claim other's commission art as your commission or oc.

Note: I am still learning and trying to improve in my diversity art wise, please be patient with me! I will try to keep in touch with you for comms to update you with progress, but I am disabled and rather forgetful, so even though I may be working on the comm, I may not remember to update you. If you want an update on art, just email me or message me on twitter at any time!I am also not the quickest artist, and I am prone to bad emotional days, hence why my slot count is usually low. Please don't expect art to be done within hours! Expect art deadlines to be within a month exact or less. I will always inform anyone who has commissioned me of any potential problems that may have arisen if I think I cannot make the month deadline.If you wish to use my art in a profile picture or banner, please ask me beforehand! I am usually okay with it as long as I'm credited, but some piece may not be one's I'd want out there.Refunds may be asked for after a week since the day of purchase

Do not ask for a refund if

It's related to an adopt you've bought.
Your commission has been finished.
You plan to use the WIPs/sketch updates for AI processing/your own endeavors.
Your commission is already WIP(unless it hasn't been updated in over a week or two.)
Again, the should be a month at most, unless stated otherwise or I have posted about complications. Should either be the case, you may request a refund if you feel unsatisfied with the increased turnaround time.If you don't see your commission in my trello, please contact me ASAP so I can add it on there.

For Adopts

You may
Decide their gender, age, whatever!Make tweaks to the design and or clothing, or change their species (As long as credit is still given)Post to Toyhouse (Please credit/link me for the design!)Use for personal projects or other personal things.Gift the design to or own the design with somebody else.You may not

Hello! I'm Sai, or uncommonly referred to by some as Sylvie! Just a 20 year old black beginner artist trying to have fun and mess around! I mainly draw digitally using Clip Studio Paint, though I do also occasionally use FL-studio to make music, and semi-frequently write stories regarding my OCs or world building! I am also slowly working on a Pokemon Dungeons & Dragons setting, so look out for that! I mainly try to post on Tuesdays and Thursdays, though I may post off of those days as well!Please do try to be patient with me as I am mentally disabled, forgetful, and very prone to mood switches, so I may sometimes appear unresponsive or dry.
